Chef Sebastiano began his culinary journey in 1995 at his family’s restaurant on Lake Como, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine. Originally from Sicily, he brought the authentic flavors of his homeland to the lake, focusing on traditional recipes and refined pairings made exclusively with fresh, high-quality seafood. Thanks to his passion and attention to ingredients, the restaurant became one of the most renowned seafood destinations in the Lecco area.

Today, his new project “La Vianda del Mar” represents a seaside dining experience designed for those who wish to relax and enjoy something unique, where seafood dishes are reinterpreted with creativity, innovation, and respect for tradition.
